Southwest Persia (Iran), approx. 298 x 150 cm, 2nd half of the 19th century, antique tribal rug of the Baharlu-Ainalu nomads with 4 x 6 rows of the so-called "mother and child" motif, very good colour, side edges overhauled, kilim ends no longer preserved, light traces of age and wear, dark brown with significant corrosion, a repair at the lower end.
