Certificate: Dr. Plietzsch, 23 February 1955, as an autograph work by Jan van Goyen (photocopy). We thank Dr. Hans-Ulrich Beck for his certificate (11 Dec. 2007). Dr. Beck writes: “(...) I can inform you that I have known this painting for many years and consider it to be a work by Van Goyen dating from 1630/31.”
