Francois Bossuet: His preference was for painitng town views and buildings. He was a student of Berrin and Herreyn at the Antwerp Academy. Bossuet made journeys into Holland, Germany, Italy, Spain and Morocco and collected inspiration from his travels for his romantic paintings. His works are distinguished by the precision of his representation of buildings, perspective and colour. Bossuet taught at the Antwerp Academy and took part in numerous exhibitions.
