(DR) The design drawing for this model is in the Backhausen Archives, where it is inscribed as follows: Herrenzimmer [study], Dess. 6401 Knüpf. anno 1907 für Bamberger, registered in the order book under no. 6401 (Herrenzimmer für Bamberger) and under model no. 6401. The architect Gustav Bamberger was a jury member in competition for the Postal Savings Bank in 1903.
