DescriptionBureau cabinet,
Composed of partly original and older elements, assembled in the style of the Maria-theresia furniture, with alterations and restorations. The three-part walnut-veneered bureau is decorated with marquetry panels in burl poplar, maple and yew. The lower section has three drawers and a fall-front writing surface, lateral drawers and a secret compartment as well as later interior electric lighting. The tabernacle-like upper section has one door and ten drawers. 200 x 130 x 69 cm, with some ageing, parts loose and missing. (PZ)
