Otto Prutscher (Vienna 1880-1949), An eight-part “Metropolis” coffee service,
designed c. 1934/35, manufactured by Fischer & Mieg, Pirkenhammer, porcelain, decorated with a printed red floral pattern against a cream coloured ground, comprising a coffeepot (H 23.5 cm), a sugar bowl, a creamer, and five cups and saucers, the glaze cracked on the underside of the sugar bowl, all parts with coloured factory mark on the undersides, (B).
