Decorative Baroque hall cupboard,
Originally 18th century, based on a provincial softwood cupboard together with a partly ebonised plinth richly carved with ornament, the halves divisible with wedge joints, with a tall shaped pediment and canted angles, decorated with marquetry panels and bands in various partly dyed precious woods such as walnut, burl poplar, plum and maple, with two doors decorated with motifs of horsemen and noblemen, 213 x 184 x 74 cm, lined inside, some recent ageing and wear after a restoration.
