Carpets
Beauty and rarity determine the value of antique carpets as much as their colouring and traditional pattern which is passed down from generation to generation. From Autumn 2010 onwards the Dorotheum will be holding regular auctions of carpets. You will find a large selection of carpets from Europe and Asia (e.g. Caucasus or Turkmenistan) in our special furniture auctions and as part of our regular smaller furniture and antiques auctions.
Our experts are at your disposal for evaluations. This service is free of charge and involves no obligation.
