Historical scientific instruments and globes, which are not only of great practical but also great aesthetic value, offer us a glimpse into early chambers of historical and scientific wonders. Twice a year medical equipment and models, pharmaceutical equipment, microscopes, telescopes, binoculars and other optical equipment, testing and demonstration models for physics, scales and weights, meteorological instruments and equipment, chronological (sundials) and measuring equipment (geodesy), models of machines and ships, globes and planetaria are auctioned at the Palais Dorotheum.
