DescriptionCirca 1820. A turned and carved gold- and black-painted shaft with eight twisted branches in the form of snakes with butterfly wings and a ceiling rose in the form of a wreath of berries. Height ca. 96.5 cm, diameter ca. 62 cm, some ageing, parts of the shaft presumably replaced, presumably formerly with metal nozzles, now missing. (PZ)
