We will be happy to help you organise your shipment and contact a suitable shipping agency for you; however, please note that we are unable to guarantee or undertake any liability for the choice, quality or reliability of any shipping company, even where we have provided an introduction to such a company. Any transport and storage, even if you choose the destination to be another Dorotheum subsidiary or representative office, is entirely at your own cost and risk. Your contract is with the shipping company chosen.
Please inform us if you purchase is intended for a country outside the European Union, so that we can issue the appropriate forms for a reimbursement of VAT to you.
