In our outstanding auctions ranging from the Old Masters to contemporary art and international design, we have been able to reach record prices.
You can call up auction results on our home page at www.dorotheum.com or inquire at our Client Advisory Service at +43 1/515 60-200 or kundendienst@dorotheum.at .
Our staff members will be happy to inform you about the hammer price that was reached, consignment fees, or fees due for such things as catalogue subscriptions, shipping costs, or hallmarking.
Upon displaying the receipt that you received when you consigned the item for auction, you can draw the proceeds from our Pay Desk.
Please contact our Customer Accounts department before making your visit, in order to find out if the proceeds from your auction sale have already been approved for payment or remission to your account, as the case may be.
Should your object not have been sold at auction, we would kindly ask you to directly contact the specialist in charge in order to find out the new auction date for it.
You may withdraw an object from auction upon presenting at our Auction Counter the receipt you received for the object when it was consigned. After paying the withdrawal fee, you can collect your object from the Dispatch Room, in the competent department, or directly in the inner courtyard (furniture, large objects).
