A good Italian violin of quality, probably Mantova, ca. 1770. The one-piece back of delicate flame ascending to the right, ribs and scroll almost plain, table of irregular grain, the varnish of a reddish brown colour, L.O.B.: 35,5 cm, with bow and case. (MB)
