France, Louis XV period circa 1760/70. Made in oak and spruce with rosewood and tulipwood veneer and marquetry, with 2 doors at the front, 1 drawer and fall-front writing surface, 8 interior drawers, open compartments and a later moulded marble top. With a stamp on the back: N. A. LAPIE (maître from 1764). 145 x 113 x 41 cm.
With bronze mounts. Some restoration traces at the front, with parts replaced. (MIN)
