Tuscany 16th century. A dark stained walnut coffer of tapering form, set on lion paw feet, the front with grooves and with a central coat of arms motif in relief, further decorated with gadrooning and the lid with a later raised terminal. Ca. 62 x 158 x 48 cm. In restored condition. (DOC)
