Northwest Persia (Iran), c. 343 x 250 cm, about 1920, beginning of the 20th century, the German “Persische Teppich Aktiengesellschaft” (Persian Carpet Joint-Stock Company) ran several workshops in Tabriz, where carpets in their own colour palette mostly reproduced antique models, as also in this piece, on the left corner of the ground the carpets display the three circles of the company signature, only slight signs of wear, in excellent condition.
