Rare and unusual combination cabinet,
Vorarlberg 1st half of the 19th century. A spruce cabinet, partly marbled and partly with natural wax finish, with 4 doors at the front, 5 drawers, the upper drawer with a fall front and fitted interior as a writing compartment, with 4 interior drawers in the centre, a richly moulded cornice, and canted angles with carved applied capitals. The cabinet is divisible by means of wedge joints. 198.5 x 214 x 65 cm. In fine, cared-for condition, with small part of moulding missing. (MIN)
