From the series ‘Shinkei sanjurokkaisen (New forms of 36 ghosts). Title ‘Kiyomori Fukuhara ni suhyaku no jinto o miru zu’. Taira no Kiyomori is plagued by hundreds of skulls of the warriors who died in Fukuhara. Signed: Yoshitoshi ga. Seal: Yoshitoshi. Block cutter: Hori yu. Publisher: Sasaki Toyokichi. Date: 9th month 1890.
Very good impression and colours, shomenzuri (polished black), minimally yellowed, right side corners slightly rubbed, upper left corner with small crease, good condition.
