West Turkestan, c. 40 x 115 cm, end of the 19th century, although the Salor tribes also produce narrow bags with kedjebe patterns, the present item can be easily attributed to the Saryk tribes on the grounds of its colours and symmetrical knots, good pile with oxidised silk parts, both ends with folded kilim, back part missing, side weave supplemented, lower end with fabric border and decorative fringe replaced.
