designed and manufactured by Gruppe B. R. A. N. D. (Boris Broschardt & Rudolf Weber *), Austria, 1985/86, bent and powder-coated steel wire, two red velvet cushions, height 84 cm, length 150 cm, depth 82 cm, height of seat 42 cm. (DR)
A unique piece from the “Wired Space Concept”, in which B. R. A. N. D. wove rods of steel wire around some space so that objects of daily use would grow from this continuum. Comp. the exhibition Verspannungen, Section N, Vienna.
