This design was part of the “Ice Storm” installation in Zaha Hadid’s large retrospective exhibition in the Museum of Applied Arts (MAK) in Vienna in 2003.
“ Iceberg” is made up of two parts reminiscent of huge icicles. One part rises as a vertical, the other extends expansively into the horizontal. The two forms are connected by a seat that can be used from both sides: a freestanding object that plays in all directions of the room.
