France, Louis XVI period, c. 1770/80, oak structure, with amaranth and tulipwood veneer and decorated with ornamental marquetry panels with diverse precious woods, with polished finish, 3 drawers, of which the bottom 2 “sans traverse”, bronze mounts gilt at a later date, moulded marble top, the latter with glued cracks, turned feet, 85 x 130 x 57 cm, in restored condition.
