in 1963, for Kartell/ Italy, moulded plywood, cream-colour lacquer, unattached seat cushions with light-coloured textile covering. Height c. 58 cm, width c. 72 cm, depth c. 65 cm, height of seat c. 35 cm. (MHA).
An early plywood model.
Today, the Kartell company produces a plastic version. This model is also known as an “interlocking chair” because it consists of only three interconnected plywood elements and does not require any connecting metal parts.
