Literature:
Josef Hoffmann already designed and executed “Round Model” cutlery for the Wiener Werkstätte before 1907. However, the butter knife of that model has a different length. The present piece is thus a later execution. Cf. Neuwirth, Bestecke für die Wiener Werkstätte, p. 286f., no. 472, work no. S be 5/18.
