colourless glass, of conical form, the body with scenes painted in sepia, 16th cent. pharmacy with pharmacist, 2 customers and 1 dog, the reverse side bearing the dedication: "Ich hab in meiner Apoteckn, Viel Matern die lieblich schmeckn, Zucker mit Würtzen ich conficier, Mach auch Purgatzen und Clistier, Auch zu stercken den krancken schwachn, Kan ich mancherlei Labung machn, Das alles nach der Arzte raht, der seinen Brunn gesehen hat", outlined with elaborate leaf- and strapwork with angel heads, flanked by columns with bouquets of flowers, apple garlands and bow festoons, the base inscribed "Jost Amman and Hans Sachs", the projecting foot with mascarons, acanthus festoons and fruit, height: 12,5 cm, the rim minimally chipped, the base with gilt Lobmeyr seal
