thick-walled clear glass with white overlay and metal foil inclusions under two partial overlays in red and honey colour; cylindrical vessel on a round stand, trefoil-shape nipped opening; decoration with pincushion flower (scabiosa) with stylised blossoms and insects, etched and painted with translucent and opaque enamel as well as gold; the underside with etched signature Crystal de Gallé à Nancy with pincushion flower; height 21.8 cm.
