We are grateful to Roberto Pancheri for endorsing the attribution to Johann Baptist Lampi II after examining the present in the original. He compares it with the Portrait of a Lady (Museo of Trento, dated 1811) and another Portrait of a Lady (once in the Belvedere, Vienna, dated 1821).
