Rustic bed,
Upper Austria late 18th century. Made in spruce with a grained finish, painted with bands and flowers, also decorated with coloured engravings (boar hunt, motifs of peasants and horsemen) with gold painted carvings, a serpentine foot, the head topped with a crest. Ca. 190 x 203 x 126 cm. Some ageing, the sides extended and the paintwork re-worked. (PZ)
