light-bodied ceramic, black and white glazed; with stylised floral motifs and serrated bands; partly scuffed and slightly chipped; marked on the underside: embossed model numbers 731 and 653, embossed with pot plant mark (mark 39), partly with black painted IS; height of sugar bowl 7.7 cm, height of cups 4.9 cm, diameter of saucers 10.6 cm.
