A room divider, designed by Le Corbusier*,
1955/60, for the Unités d’Habitation in La Cité Radieuse, Firminy, oak plywood, sliding doors, made of white and light grey laminated wood on both sides, height 140 cm, length 185 cm, depth 55 cm, depth of the worktop 33 cm. (DRAX)
The unit functions as a room divider between the kitchen and the dining area, which together with the living area form an open-plan space. The room divider can be used on both sides. It was only produced for the furnishings in Firminy.
