After a comprehensive appraisal, our experts determine the estimate and starting price. The starting price is the price at which the bidding for the object will commence. The estimate reflects the price that the lot is expected to achieve.
You can set a reserve price below which your object may not be sold. Advance payments can also be arranged.
All agreements, the seller’s commission and possible fees are established by contract.
In the case of auctions with catalogue, consignments are accepted up to three months prior to the date of the auction.
After your object has been sold we will inform you by email of the hammer price. You can also follow your consignments on myDorotheum online service. The proceeds of the sale may be transferred to your bank account or you can collect them in cash at one of our branches.
