Dorotheum is delighted to invite you to the Contemporary Week from 18th November to 3rd December 2025.The leading auction house in the German-speaking countries presents outstanding paintings, sculpture, works on paper, jewellery and watches from the 20th and 21st centuries.
The Modern Art autumn auction showcases important works by icons of art history such as Egon Schiele, Gustav Klimt, Marc Chagall, Giorgio de Chirico,
Pablo Picasso or Edgar Degas.
The Contemporary Art sale features eminent works by leading artists such as Antony Gormley, Andy Warhol, Martha Jungwirth, Herbert Brandl, Hermann Nitsch, Josef Albers, Jannis Kounellis, Giuseppe Capogrossi and Jean Tinguely.
Last but not least, the Important and Noble Jewels and Wrist and Pocket Watches auctions feature brilliant highlights including high-carat jewelleryfrom important houses as well as jewellery from aristocratic provenance. In addition to timepieces from renowned brands such as Rolex, Cartier and Audemars Piguet, the extremely rare Chiming Jump Hour watch by Patek Philippe is one of the top pieces of the auction.
