Should we not be able to offer you a position, you will receive a letter of refusal within a few weeks. We hope that you will understand that because of the large number of applications, we are not in a position to offer feedback as to the reasons for the rejection.

Should you, however, prove to be an interesting candidate for us, and the possibility exists that a suitable position might become available in the near future, we would gladly keep your application on file for approximately three months.
