"Marenzeller in Wien", rectangular movement, spring driven, with cut décor, external ratchet, cylinder escapement of later date, rectangular enamel dial, blued steel clock hands, tip of the minute hand lost, Viennese 4/4 hour striking mechanism and alarm function on chime coils, repeater function, 2-doors, faceted glazing, simple matt fire-gilt bronze clock case, folding carrying bow, 15,5 cm, Austria ca. 1820/30, in well maintained condition, traces of wear and tear, no warranty for precision of movement and long-term functioning, (HP)
