Central Anatolia (Turkey), c. 397 x 135 cm, beginning of the 19th century, flatweave in long format and slit technique, the weaver omitted vertical pattern lines almost completely thus producing an extremely compact kilim, several damaged areas as a result of age and use, such as exposed warp threads and damage to both ends and edges, an old and rare collector’s piece.
