Round late Empire étagère,
Beginning of the 19th century. Made in hardwood and softwood, veneered presumably in pearwood and ebonised, set on a stepped plinth, with 3 shelves, the upper terminal in the form of a fully carved and gold-painted eagle. Height 197 cm, diameter 80 cm. Parts replaced and retouched. In cared-for condition. (DOC)
