A splayed form, in cherry veneer over softwood, with tapering fluted legs, with lavish crossbanded veneer on all sides, marquetry panels in further fine woods such as elm and with maple contouring, 1 large and 6 small drawers, the writing section with a tambour roll top, and writing surface with restored green felt, with compartments and interior drawers.
