Flanders late 17th/early 18th century, hardwood frame, the outside mainly with alder veneer, ebonised flame mouldings, tortoiseshell applications on the 2 doors, enclosing a fully ebonised fitted interior also applied with tortoiseshell, several interior drawers with central niche - the latter with chequered ivory marquetry, external drawer, brass balustrade, folding top with floral marquetry and secret compartment, c. 63 x 66 x 33 cm, partly with fissures, with small supplemented parts, signs of age and use.
