black two-part leather casket with four angular feet and embossed linear gilding; the middle with frame and brass relief; the latter with stylised monogram HG with floral decoration and dates: 1868 and 1928; casket lined with red silk moiré, framed with turquoise stripes; inside the cassette hinged silver cardboard with beige silk moiré and three coloured illustrations with coloured inscription, beginning with: “LEICHT IST ES NICHT, ABER ICH BEKENN’S, ABER TÜCHTIGKEIT KLIMMT NACH DER HÖHE. UNSEREM HOCHVEREHRTEN HERRN GENERALDIREKTOR HUGO GOLDSCHMID”; Bertold Löffler Inv. Et Fec. 1928, followed by two pages of text with date: WIEN IM OKTOBER 1928; outer sides of the cardboard with central metallic relief; introductory page with floral decor and inscription: DIFFICILE EST FATEOR, SED TENDIT AD ARDUA VIRTUS. Ovid; the reverse with the following inscription: “Dem Rastlosen Leiter des ‘Semperit-Konzerns’ von seinen in Treue ergebenen Mitarbeitern”; leather casket with hinged cardboard in a box that can be opened on one side; the latter is decorated with white ornaments on a black ground; signs of age and use; size of leather casket: height 11.7 cm, length 48.2 cm, width 43.5 cm.
