Large oriental style writing desk,
A freestanding desk from the late 19th century, made in hardwood and softwood with rich geometric marquetry on all sides in various woods such as cedar and sandalwood, as well as mother-of-pearl. The desk is of serpentine form, with three frieze drawers and a shelved upper section with two drawers. 110 x 125x 81 cm. Small applications missing in the writing area, otherwise in good condition, rarely encountered in this type of furniture. (DOC)
