South German Alpine district, 1st half of the 18th century. A spruce cabinet painted with comb technique and flowers, dated "1723", and monogrammed "RS" and inscribed "JNRI" also with the monogram of Christ. The cabinet has two plinth drawers, two doors with original lock and key and three interior drawers. 182 x 144 x 60 cm. Some ageing, with a fine patina, some uprights loose. (PZ)
