Large Baroque hall cupboard,
Known as a “Frankfurter Wellenschrank”, ca. 1720. A softwood cabinet which is demountable by means of the wedge joints, with a moulded cornice and plinth, set on original bun feet, with walnut and burl walnut veneering with bulbous forms typical of the region, the two doors with arched panels, a 2-bar lock, a later but removable fitted interior. 237 x 255 x 74.5 cm. Professionally restored condition. (DOC)
