silver, repoussé, hammered decoration; minor professional restorations to the base of the handle, small losses near the crest on the cover; marked JH, Wiener/Werk/Stätte, 900 and hoopoe silver purity hallmark on the underside; marked WW and hoopoe silver purity hallmark on the inside of the cover; height 15.9 cm. The coffee pot documented at the Museum of Applied Arts (MAK) in Vienna displays the same form, but with a corrugated ivory handle and a different crest. Individual examples of this coffee pot were executed in 1916, 1917, 1923 and 1924 (one example per year).
