“Pelikan” [Pelican], 1910/1927, colour woodcut on thin Japan paper, signed and dated C. Moser 27 and inscribed with No. 11, the last known impression according to Kirschl is no. 17 from 1928, however the example at the Albertina/Vienna (inv. 1913/143) is inscribed with 1910 No 26, impression of the first state before the addition of the water lilies, block size 38.7 x 29.4 cm, sheet size 41 x 31.9 cm, Kirschl HS 73a, crease to the image probably due to the printing process, margin mounted on support with short adhesive strips at the front, framed, (RAC)
