late 17th cent., pewter, circular, hinged lid with thumb rest, engraved image of the Resurrection of Christ and the Madonna and Child, cartouche with caryatids to the sides, engraved with the name of ‘Caspar Strall Anno 1686 JNR’, master’s mark ‘PH’ with stein on the bottom plate, height 23.5 cm, dents, probably Carinthia/Wolfsberg (see E. Hintze, Süddeutsche Zinngießer, vol. III, no. 1689), (HS)
