South Persia (Iran), c. 252 x 128 cm, 19th century, fine cotton hanging with mixed technique pattern (printed and painted), with the signature “Dokhtar Shah Tchin”, depicting an elegantly dressed lady picking flowers in a garden under the prayer niche, in the style of Safavid embroideries, very good condition, parts of the pattern are covered in gold dust.
