so-called ‘Polsterlkasten’, Gmunden, 18th century, pinewood frame with detachable moulded cornice and canted angles, faux veneer painting, half columns at the angles in the baluster-like design typical of this region, 2 doors with framed panels with painted floral motifs and gold painted corner ornaments, c. 181 x 159 x 66 cm, parts of the cornice replaced, painting very slightly reworked, signs of age and use.
