Every year, Dorotheum, in cooperation with the Austrian National Library, offers free admission to all six museum locations of the Austrian National Library for one evening. The Baroque State Hall, the Literature Museum, the Papyrus Museum, the Globe Museum, the Esperanto Museum and the House of Austrian History once again open their doors to all culture enthusiasts and offer an exciting insight into the museums' special exhibitions with free guided tours.
This year, the Dorotheum Evening took place on April 4, 2024.

In 2023, more than 5,000 visitors took the opportunity to visit all exhibitions of all houses of the Austrian National Library with free admission at the museum evening sponsored by Dorotheum on April 13.
