classic pared-down structure of black lacquered hardwood, brass sabots and mounts; replaced upholstery, replaced brown leather cover; signs of age and use; height 95 cm, width 188 cm, depth 84 cm, height of seat 39 cm. In 1911 he designed the complete interiors of two villas in St. Pölten. One was for the manufacturer Schießl and the other for the Viehofen lace producer Fred Godderidge. The present sofa and armchairs on offer were preserved in this villa until 1978. (MP)
