for a major of the infantry, comprising a field blouse, trousers and leather gaiters. the tunic made of pike-grey cloth with standing collar, dark red cloth collar patch, with gold lace of field officers' pattern and a silver star of distinction, reinforced with quilted lining in the shoulder area only, the sleeves with silk lining, the left chest interior with tailor label 'Uniformierungsanstalt der Officiere und Militärbeamten des K. u. K.Kriegsministeriums Wien', 3 loops for attaching decorations, attached with ribbon bar with 4 decorations, regulation trousers of breeches pattern in the same cloth, the legs with lacings, together with gaiters made of smooth brown leather.
